Minced meat pie
Recipe (for 8 people)
For the minced meat dough
- 1.5 kg mixed minced meat
- 4 finely diced onions
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
For the vegetable topping
- 2 onions
- 1 kg red and yellow peppers
- 600 g sliced beef tomatoes
- 500 g sliced mushrooms
- 1 tin of corn
- 250 g gypsy sauce
- 150 g tomato ketchup
- 1 cup of crème fraîche
- 200 g grated Gouda cheese
Preparation
- Make a smooth mince dough from the ingredients listed, press it evenly into the fat pan of the oven and bake at 225° for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the tomato and mushroom slices.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour on top.
- Then bake for approx. 1 hour at 200° and sprinkle with the Gouda five minutes before the end of the cooking time.
