Grandma's delicious potato soup
Recipe (for 4 people)
- 500 g floury potatoes
- 50 g butter
- Cut ½ stalk of leek into thin rings
- Dice 150 g celeriac
- Cut 1 large onion into cubes
- 100 g diced dried meat
- 1 ½ l meat stock
- Salt, a little pepper and 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock
Preparation
Melt the butter and sauté the onion and dried meat cubes and add the leek and celery after 2 minutes. Stir well and deglaze with the meat stock. Then add the potatoes, cook for 25 minutes and then puree. Season to taste with the spices.
The soup can be served with toasted bread cubes.
